PhoenixNAP has created different partner programs to support the varying needs and operational models of technology organizations and individuals around the globe. Although each program is designed to support different types of partners, they all share two common attributes… they are simple to understand, and their rewards are among the best in the industry.

Referral Partners

Our Referral Partner program supports individuals and organizations who like to develop win-win ‘Go-to-Partner’ relationships within their professional ecosystems. It is critical to these partners that their clients are paired with a partner that their clients can trust. It is in this program that our Referral Partners prefer the convenience of referring us clients with a warm introduction and allowing us to engage with the client from that point onward. No further involvement is required of the Referral Partner. Once the client is operational and the terms and conditions of the Referral Partner Agreement have been met, the Referral Partner begins receiving monthly commission payments for as long as the client remains in good standing (see Agreement for full details).

*No minimum number of referrals is required to be a Referral Partner.

Professional Partners

Similar to our Referral Partner program, our Professional Partner program also supports individuals and organizations who like to develop win-win ‘Go-to-Partner’ relationships with providers within their professional ecosystems. However, these partners prefer a greater level of consultative involvement in the engagement. Here at phoenixNAP we welcome this added value. Why? Many of our shared clients prefer to have their trusted advisors involved throughout the entire engagement. This is very common and only adds to the value of the client’s overall experience. Many of our current partners thrive within this program. Like with our Referral Partner program, once the client is operational and the terms and conditions of the Professional Partner Agreement have been met, the Professional Partner begins receiving monthly commission payments for as long as the client remains in good standing (see Agreement for full details).

*Participation in this partnership program is reviewed annually. Although no minimum number of referrals is required, each phoenixNAP Professional Partner remains committed to adding significant value to every client engagement. Professional Partners are listed on our Partner Directory & Locator Map.

Certified Partners

Similar to our Referral & Professional Partner programs, our Certified Partner program also supports individuals and organizations who like to develop win-win ‘Go-to-Partner’ relationships with providers within their professional ecosystems. However, these partners not only prefer a greater level of consultative involvement in each engagement, they also further increase the value of their involvement by having phoenixNAP-certified professionals on their staff. Every phoenixNAP Certified Partner’s sales and engineering teams have completed coursework and reviews on all phoenixNAP offerings. The subject matter expertise that these certifications provide adds value throughout the duration of the client relationships that we foster. Many VARs, SI’s, & MSPs insist on participating in this program. Like with our Referral and Professional Partner programs, once the client is operational and the terms and conditions of the Certified Partner Agreement have been met, the Certified Partner begins receiving monthly commission payments for as long as the client remains in good standing (see Agreement for full details).

*No minimum number of referrals is required, but every phoenixNAP Certified Partner has committed to adding significant value to the overall engagement and is required to acquire certification on all phoenixNAP offerings. It is through receiving these certifications that our Certified Partners are also much better prepared to rapidly and accurately identify, assess, and register winning opportunities. Certified Partners are also listed on our Partner Directory and Locator Map.

Bare Metal Reseller Partners

PhoenixNAP also offers a Partner Program for our friends in the Bare Metal Reseller arena. Like our other Partner Programs, this program also provides outstanding dedicated sales and support staff to help ensure you deliver best-in-class options for your clients.
