What Is the Procedure for Shipments?
When you deliver your equipment directly to our facility, we offer a staging area where the equipment and other packages can be stored at no cost for up to seven business days. After this period, standard storage fees may apply. This area is provided exclusively to support the installation process.
Please note that phoenixNAP does not provide shipping services. You are responsible for ordering, packaging, delivery, and any necessary pickup of your equipment.
How to Provide a Notice or Obtain a Ticket Number
To ensure the security of your equipment or packages, we require a 48-hour notice for any incoming shipments, along with a ticket number. Please notify us of any upcoming deliveries by sending an email to [email protected].
Please include the following information in your notification email to help us handle your equipment efficiently:

| The approximate size (length, width, and height) and weight of the full shipment. | |
| The shipper’s name and the tracking number associated with the shipment. |
| The name(s) of personnel authorized to pick up the shipment. | |
