They offer more cores, a flexible microarchitecture, increased memory bandwidth, and superior I/O capabilities to cater to the needs of cloud-native workloads. phoenixNAP provides these advanced CPUs through Bare Metal Cloud, enabling businesses of all sizes to consume dedicated servers with Intel Xeon 6731E processors as a service.
After you create and validate your Bare Metal Cloud account, you can deploy your server powered by Intel Xeon 6371E CPUs in about 3 minutes if you deploy it with Ubuntu 24.04. For other available OSes, the typical deployment time is about 10 minutes.
Your Bare Metal Cloud server with Xeon 6 CPUs deploys with Ubuntu 24.04 by default. However, you can choose between other Ubuntu LTS versions or CentOS, Debian, Windows, Proxmox, or ESXi operating systems during the deployment process. For more advanced OS or networking needs, you can install a custom OS or enable VPC-like networking on bare metal with Netris OS.
Bare Metal Cloud instances powered by Intel Xeon 6731E CPUs are currently available in Phoenix (AZ). However, you can mix and match over 50 different instance types using the platform, and deploy your preferred infrastructure across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Bare Metal Cloud instances with Intel Xeon 6731E CPUs come with either 4 or 8 TB of high-performance local NVMe drives. If you wish to scale out your storage capacity without deploying new servers, Bare Metal Cloud also offers you easy access to all-flash Network File Storage or S3-compatible Object Storage.
For maximum flexibility, testing, or proof of concept validation, you can leverage our hourly billing options. Additionally, you can always opt for monthly and long-term reservations to save up to 30% on your cloud bill.
